Mo understands large, complex, global HR TOMs and his functional specialism is within the Talent space; from Talent Acquisition through to Talent enablement and Learning. He led the Talent workstream for Sanofi, a highly complex 120K employee organisation and successfully delivered their results of wanting to have one global process for Talent Management. He also recently led the transformation at Arm – a Times top 10 employer in the UK; focusing on Recruitment and Onboarding and enhanced candidate and employee experience.
Mo also understands the complexities of an M&A environment (pre-and post merger), he has recently worked within the HR workstream for the merger between LSEG and Refinitiv; leading the work to combine the Workday environments of LSEG and Refinitiv. He also subsequently has worked on the HR Workstream for the ongoing Standard and Poor Global International merging with IHS Markit; helping shape the strategic direction of how the “best of both” HR organisation will operate in the future with regard to HR processes and technology.
