Catherine has over 15 years’ experience in advising banking and financial institution clients, having initially qualified as an auditor in KPMG’s banking audit practice. She has extensive corporation tax compliance, tax accounting and tax reporting experience and is currently focussed on various Pillar 2 work. Catherine has also advised on a range of issues such as profit and capital attribution issues for branch banks, treasury tax matters, loss utilisation, migration to and from the UK, Bank Levy and the banking tax surcharge, permanent establishments, business acquisitions and disposals and tax governance.
