Mike has advised a wide range of clients on the taxation implications of their strategy and commercial plans. He has been with KPMG for twenty years, dividing his time between Leeds, London and the regional offices. He has worked with clients as they look to expand and grow, both domicile and internationally, and the capital raising options available, especially the opportunities offered by Private Equity and IPO. He has a particular interest in the corporate strategies adopted by entrepreneurial businesses. Mike has worked with KPMG clients across Europe, the USA, South Africa, China and Australia.
