Emma works with her insurance clients to help them succeed in a rapidly changing and uncertain world. 

She has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting and business transformation. With a particular focus on the future of insurance and customer led change, her work typically involves helping organisations deliver enterprise-wide operating model changes, deliver cost savings and adopt new technologies to deliver better, faster and more efficient services for her client’s customers. 

Emma has extensive experience as a Transformation Programme Director, shaping and driving the delivery of large, complex, multi-year change programmes. 

Emma’s career in consulting has spanned many industries that have been rocked by digital change including broadcasting, government and banking. She began her career at Pricewaterhouse. Via various dot coms, Accenture, and Deloitte; she is now a partner in KPMG’s Insurance Transformation Practice. 

Emma is an enthusiastic supporter of women in leadership and strives to be a role model for work-life balance.
