Emma focuses on central government clients, and is KPMG's lead partner for HMRC. She also sit on KPMG's SLT for the IGH Customer, Operations & Defence team and has responsibilities for the effective running of that business. 

She has 25 plus years of experience in strategy consulting and large-scale, technology-enabled, business transformation with clients spanning a broad range of sectors including Government, Media, and Financial Services. 

Her core expertise is in enterprise-wide transformation - this includes supporting clients to develop their vision and strategy for the future of their organisation, defining the changes they'll need to make to achieve that vision, and shaping them into deliverable programmes of work. Programmes include, for example, customer-focused digital transformation, organisation restructuring, ERP implementations and shared services, governance design, operational excellence and efficiency and risk management. She has had extensive experience as a Transformation Programme Director, working at c-suite and board level, shaping and driving the successful delivery of organisations' most strategically important and complex multi-year change programmes.

Emma is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she leads KPMG's IGH Network of Women, and is a mentor and coach.
