- Representation during HMRC reviews into employment status, PAYE, National Insurance, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and National Minimum Wage (NMW);
- Proactive reviews to support SAO governance, processes and controls in all of the above areas as well as payroll processes, holiday pay and pension auto enrolment;
- Payroll projects to remediate reporting and withholding issues and to identify efficiencies in the payroll process;
- Delivering technology solutions to improve employee engagement through the delivery of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) hub, flexible benefits and total reward statements; and reduce the administration burden and improve compliance through the implementation of right to work, P11D and IR35 technology solutions.
