Sesank Kandalum

Sesank is a change champion and specialises in designing and delivering organization wide strategic and transformational programmes engaging multiple businesses, functions and senior stakeholders across geographies.

He has led several complex change assignments internationally in corporate head offices, shop-floors and shared services set ups in retail and manufacturing companies across UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. 

Within the finance transformation practice at KPMG, Sesank is currently restructuring enterprise wide finance operating models for large multinationals embarking on cloud based finance transformation. He also advises organisations on their sourcing and service delivery strategies beyond finance within GBS/SSC functions.
