Lisa Kelvey

Lisa Kelvey is Partner in KPMG’s Major Projects Advisory team and KPMG’s lead on Programme and Portfolio management for Infrastructure and Government. She has 20 years’ experience of planning and delivering major programmes using a practical, people-focused approach to deliver sustainable change in complex and time-pressured environments. She specialises in supporting programme leaders with strategy, planning, decision-making and assurance for major programmes and portfolios. A Chartered civil engineer, Lisa started her career with a major international design consultancy before moving into design management, project management and advisory roles. Lisa’s career has included advising UK and international public and private sector organisations on the design and set up of programme governance, processes, controls, monitoring and assurance. She has worked on a large number of major programmes in locations as diverse as Singapore, Dubai, Kazakhstan, the Caribbean and Mexico.
