Teagan Hallgath has spent over 10 years advising on procurement, financing and delivery of major infrastructure programmes across road, rail, real estate, regeneration and renewable sectors.

Since joining KPMG she has focused on advising major landowners, developers, asset owners and financial institutions on the commercial structuring and financing arrangements to deliver projects across the built environment – both new development and the retrofitting and decarbonisation of the existing built environment.
