Mohannad Hassan leads the Capital Excellence and Controls team. He advises and partners with clients to deliver their most complex projects and programmes faster, cheaper, greener, and better. A civil engineer with 20 years’ experience gained throughout the infrastructure value chain and across all sectors.

Mohannad has led delivery of and advised on £multimillion/billion major capital projects and programmes across asset-intensive industries and infrastructure in the UK and EMEA. He specialises in delivering step-change transformation in capital delivery capability to reduce cost, accelerate progress, and improve productivity, contributing to hundreds of millions of pounds of sterling EBIT impact and working capital improvements for clients. Key areas of focus include optimising capital projects portfolio, programme and project management approaches, enhancing delivery confidence through programme controls and risk management, and capital value creation.
