Liz Hunter has twenty years’ experience as a specialist in the design and implementation of UK and international executive and employee incentive plans.
Liz supports both quoted and private companies in relation to statutory and bespoke equity reward arrangements.
Liz started her career in corporate tax with a big 4 firm and after a period of time supporting OMBs with a range of tax advisory help, then specialised in 2000 to focus on employee reward planning.
Liz has advised in relation to Employee Ownership Trusts and also regarding venture capital reliefs.
She is a member of ProShare SME focus group and QCA share scheme experts group and is an occasional author and speaker on her specialist subject.
Liz can provide technical advice, commercial pragmatism and clear communications supporting a wide range of clients to de-risk, launch and optimise their equity incentive arrangements throughout the commercial life-cycle of a business, including managing the impact of corporate transactions.
