David Hardwick

David is responsible for leading and delivering a full range of financial model advisory (“model build”) services.

David specialises in deal related transactions, supporting clients and other KPMG Deal Advisory teams on the development of financial forecast models to support buy-side, sell-side and re-financing projects.

He has worked on a number of complex transactions for clients ranging from family owned businesses to FTSE 100 clients. This work has been across a range of sectors including power, energy, retail, manufacturing, consultancy and leisure.
