Chin-Harn has wide-ranging experience in leading cross border, multi-disciplinary KPMG teams on global and domestic acquisitions, demergers, disposals and capital markets transactions.

He is a director in our Technology, Media and Telecoms Deals team in the UK with functional experts across the entire deal cycle (strategy, M&A, due diligence, valuations, integration & separation, debt & capital advisory).

He has been a full time deals specialist since 2010 (spending seven years in the audit practice prior to that). He has extensive experience of providing due diligence, SPA advice and wider buy and sell side deal assistance to both corporate and financial clients.

His past experience includes a secondment as KPMG UK Deal Advisory COO where he worked closely with the UK Head of Deal Advisory and Leadership Team across many commercial, operational and strategic initiatives in the practice.
