Adrian is a Director, KPMG UK ServiceNow Sectors lead and EMA Powered GBS lead with responsibility to shape and grow the ServiceNow business and lead transformations for our clients. He specialises in helping clients transform their Corporate Business Services (front, middle and back office) operations into next generation GBS enabled by ServiceNow.

Adrian has extensive experience in consulting and client side for over 15 years, leading many service transformations, delivering process maturity improvements within IT and business service functions including Legal, Risk, HR, Finance underpinned by industry leading platforms including ServiceNow. Improving their performance, customer service levels and value to the business whilst reducing costs through adoption of strategies including shift-left, case deflection via an intuitive user self-service portal, AI, chat bots, DevOps and enterprise knowledge.
