Ailsa is Chartered Accountant and an experienced audit director who provides audit, accounting and assurance services to businesses across the North West.
Ailsa's focus is on listed and regulated audits across a wide range of industries including travel and leisure, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, manufacturing, retail, logistics and distribution, construction and software.
She has supported a number of clients as they have undertaken transactions including stock exchange listing, acquisitions, disposals, raising capital and group reorganisations.
Ailsa has extensive UK GAAP and IFRS experience and also significant US GAAP experience through working with domestic registrants, foreign private issuers and subsidiaries of US companies.
