Dave is a corporate lawyer in the KPMG Law team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, international group reorganisations, equity incentive arrangements and pension deficit funding projects. Dave acts for clients ranging from large multinational and national corporates, to entrepreneurs and owner managers.
Dave has extensive experience of delivering legal services as part of multi-disciplinary team at KPMG and regularly works closely with colleagues from deal advisory, tax and consultancy service lines.
Dave has over 13 years of experience delivering corporate transactions, across a wide range of sectors, helping clients minimise risk and protect value.
