Yomi is a Director within KPMG’s Deal Advisory Integration & Separation team and a synergy specialist.

He has ten years’ experience within KPMG providing deal-related support to clients primarily in the Consumer Markets sector, at all stages of the deal life-cycle, on both the buy- and sell-side (including bid-defence)

Yomi has extensive experience in synergies across both public and private deals, his synergy experience includes:

  • Synergy offerings: Synergy assessment / assist, private synergy commentary reports, Quantified Financial Benefits Statements (both synergies and transformational benefits), Synergy Benefit Statements, clean teams, synergy case validation and benefits tracking.
  • Types of synergy benefit: Cost, revenue, cost avoidance, capex, working capital, financing
  • ICAEW guidance paper: Contributor to the Synergies chapter of the Valuation guidance paper “Contemporary Valuation Issues Arising in Deals” developed by KPMG in conjunction with the ICAEW in 2017.
