Tony is a Partner in our Transaction Services Deal Execution team and is the UK merger and acquisition (M&A) Life Sciences lead. He has over 20 years of experience working on global and cross border transactions and has led many complex restructuring, divestments and acquisitions, coaching C-suite executives to deliver a successful deal.

Tony has a proven track record of working on large complex deals, leading global project management activities and functional subject matter experts to ensure the best experience for Deal clients, managing tight deadlines and delivering projects at deal speed.
