Amelie has extensive experience assisting multinationals, financial institutions, NGOs and public sector clients to manage their reputational and regulatory exposure.

She has supported a range of international clients to make informed business decisions through intelligence gathering and analysis, including transactional integrity due diligence on counterparties, country risk assessments, asset tracing and source of wealth analysis and fraud and corruption investigations.

Her experience includes advising client on implementing global compliance activities, with a particular focus on third party due diligence processes and procedures including risk assessment and due diligence frameworks.

Amelie also has a particular interest in business ethics and in her role as UK lead for Modern Slavery Act Compliance she has supported a range of businesses with human rights and modern slavery framework development, gap analysis and benchmarking, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidance (including Modern Slavery Act reporting).”
