Rob is an experienced Partner in the UK Capital Markets Advisory Group where he advises clients through the full listed company lifecycle from IPO readiness and preparation, through to executing the IPO as reporting accountant or independent adviser, and beyond as his clients undertake public company M&A or seek to raise further equity. Rob has been a Deal Advisory professional since 2005 and has specialised in advising on UK equity capital markets transactions since 2011. He has advised on a wide range of domestic and cross border transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, and IPOs on the London Stock Exchange. Rob has a deep understanding of UK and US listing requirements and has led IPO readiness assessment engagements for various clients across different sectors. Rob is well connected throughout the ECM advisory community and applies his knowledge of the listing process, the UK regulatory environment and the needs of Sponsors and other advisors to identify issues before they become deal critical and to work pragmatically with senior management and the wider advisory team to resolve them efficiently and effectively. Rob has executed may complex cross-border transactions and he has worked extensively across North America, the Middle East and East Asia. Rob’s deal experience includes the IPOs of Petershill Partners plc, Virgin Wines, Tortilla Mexican Grill, HydrogenOne, Jimmy Choo, Apax Global Alpha, Ascential, and many others.
