Jorge is a Director with over 15 years’ professional experience and leads the Digital Labour capability in KPMG UK. He started his career in industry as a Business Analyst at Alcoa, before transitioning into consulting where he has held senior positions at both Accenture and KPMG. Jorge’s areas of expertise include designing and leading cross-functional performance improvement programmes, business turnaround, cost optimisation, operational due diligence (using a ‘private equity lens’ approach), and defining the feasibility of different target operating models.
Jorge has a strong track record in designing and managing transformation journeys across multiple functions and business divisions to enable clients to achieve their strategic and operational objectives. Industry sector experience includes FMCG, Retail, Energy, Natural Resources and Automotive and he has worked locally in the US, LATAM, EMEA, South East Asia and Australia.
Jorge has a pragmatic approach to collaborating with his clients and is passionate about identifying feasible solutions and delivering tangible results. He enjoys leading teams and nurturing talent, as well as motivated by continued personal development to acquire new skills that further enhance his career progression.
