Rachel is a Manager in KPMG's Strategic Advisory Services team under the Mobility branch. She advises mostly, public sector organisations on complex and pressing strategic, policy, commercial and programme implementation issues. In addition to consulting on public sector strategy and operations, she also brings specific expertise around social value, gender equality, the just transition and social inclusion to the team. She holds specific experience advising clients on ensuring major public sector transport and infrastructure programmes are inclusive, beneficial to all communities and accessible to all users.

Prior to KPMG, she worked in various areas of public policy development, advisory and implementation within the public sector, professional organisation sector and non-profit world. She developed specific policy expertise on a wide range of policy areas including public financial management, public procurement, disability rights. gender-responsive budgeting, paid parental leave policies, gender equality, international migration among others.

Rachel has worked in a variety of organisations including UCLA, ACCA and the UK Civil Service. She has also worked collaboratively with a number of organisations for various professional initiatives including Development Banks such as the Asian Development Bank for a gender equality project and global human rights organisations for various advocacy and policy research work.
