He is an avid follower in the latest innovations in technology and HR. He is a thinker in Generative AI and how this and other concepts affect the future of HR. He also leads KPMG’s People and AI Centre of Excellence, sitting at the forefront of innovation that the industry is experiencing.
Mo understands large, complex, global HR TOMs and his functional specialism is within the Talent space, from Talent Acquisition through to Talent enablement and Learning. In his early career - he led the Talent workstream for a large pharmaceutical client, a highly complex 120k employee organisation and successfully delivered their results of wanting to have one global process for Talent Management. He also recently led the transformation at a Times top 10 employer in the UK; focusing on Recruitment and Onboarding and enhanced candidate and employee experience.
His work in Talent Acquisition space has been recognised recently with an MCA Finalist nomination for the programme he led at a large Financial Services client; helping transform the TA function in order such that the TA function can help transform the business.
Mo also understands the complexities of an M&A environment (pre and post-merger), he has recently worked within HR workstreams for complex mergers, here in the UK and with large Global International businesses; this work includes HR processes and technology, combining HR solution environments and helping shape strategic direction of a “best of both” HR organisation to operate efficiently for the future.
