Hashim is a Partner in our Transaction Services, Deal Advisory practice advising both Corporate and Private Equity clients with their M&A activity in the Consumer sector. He has 15 years’ experience with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional and cross-border sell-side and buy-side transactions involving carve-outs.
He joined KPMG in 2007 as an Audit trainee. In 2010 he moved into the Transaction Services team developing broad experience across sectors (particularly Consumer, Healthcare and Life Sciences) and transaction types including buy-side diligence, sell-side assistance (including vendor initiated due diligence), initial public offerings (IPOs) and joint ventures.
Hashim spent two years outside of KPMG between 2017 and 2019 as an investment director at a Consumer Markets focused private family investment office. During this time, he was able to gain valuable investment and portfolio management experience. Hashim re-joined KPMG in 2020 and continues to provide M&A advice and support to large corporate clients.
