David Bevan

David Bevan leads IAG’s work on the healthcare sector connecting us globally and within the broader firm as well as developing a centre of excellence around HM Treasury business cases for transformation programmes in government. The latter involves working through from the initial strategy, to testing the value for money of options to meet that strategy, to designing routes to market and delivery – all of which often involves bringing executives and multiple disciplines together to make major decisions. Finally he jointly leads our social team with experience in the sectors across business cases, financing, economics, modelling, partnerships and cost optimisation.
