Amanda is the Partner and Programme Lead of the full target operating model transformation for Finance, Engagement Management and Resourcing, enabled by the implementation and integration of multiple SaaS solutions for the UK firm.
Her team is using KPMG’s Powered Enterprise assets and methodology to deliver this technology and business change. Previously Amanda led the SAP business in Consulting and worked with our clients to successfully deliver business-led technology-enabled functional transformations.
Prior to joining KPMG, Amanda was an Executive Partner at IBM leading responsible for business and technology consulting services for a portfolio of clients in the chemicals and petroleum industry and prior to that, a Global Account Partner for Shell.
She has over 20 years of experience working with clients across all sectors to drive business benefits through technology solutions. She has a degree in Maths from the University of London and a diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University.
She is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and obtain their desired work life balance, especially women and neuro-diverse colleagues.
She is an active supporter of the STEM campaign to encourage children to pursue education and careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. She is committed to creating more inclusive cultures and driving fairer futures for all.
