 Robert leads KPMG’s Healthcare cost optimisation practice and has over 18 years of experience across multiple sectors, including the last 9 years focussed predominantly on Healthcare. He has worked on more than 20 financial and operational improvement programmes, and apart from healthcare he has worked across financial services, retail, industrial manufacturing, mining, and insurance. 

Robert has supported clients to recover their financial position through rapid cost reduction as well as long term transformation, including supporting Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS FT to exit Financial Special Measures. He has also held secondments into industry including the NHS Provider Regulator, NHSI, and in a Large Acute Trust as a Deputy CFO.
