Nina works in the Integration & Separation team (Technology in M&A) of our Deal Advisory practice and has 20+ years of experience in leading technology programmes and advising clients in relation to M&A across all stages of the deal life cycle including diligence, buy and sell side assists and TSAs. She supports her clients navigate the complexities through the end-to-end deal lifecycle and to post-deal technology transformation, optimisation and value creation, and has led technical delivery across a number of large and complex global integrations, separations and JVs.
