Chris is a Manager in KPMG’s Special Situations Group based in Manchester. He has experience supporting clients, lenders and other stakeholders across turnarounds, cash flow management, working capital optimisation, cost reduction and stakeholder management. Chris has a wide range of experience, notably in the Food and Drink and wider Consumer Markets sectors.
