Alan is a Partner in KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory Group and leads our Asset Management Advisory team advising a variety of infrastructure and transformation programmes, with a focus on asset strategy and transformation, and project lifecycle, including operations and maintenance and climate resilience. He has extensive experience working with organisations such as National Highways, DfT, ORR NDA and Defence.
