Tim leads the firm’s EMEA Value Chain Management (VCM) practice, specialising in IP planning and operating model restructuring. Tim is also KPMG UK’s head of tax policy, acting as the external face of the firm in the news media and coordinating our policy relationships with HMRC and HM Treasury.
