Paul is a Director in KPMG’s Employment taxes team and is the National Housing Sector lead for People Services. He has worked for KPMG for over 8 years advising employers on all aspects of PAYE, NIC and CIS compliance as well as assisting with the design, implementation and review of flexible benefits schemes.
