James is a member of the Corporate Risk and Regulatory Team specialising in regulatory compliance and the investigation of complex / cross-border fraud and misconduct allegations for corporate clients and regulators. He advises clients on the requirements of current and impending regulation, including at present MiFID II and MAR. He leads the fieldwork on investigations undertaken for corporate clients and regulators.
