Ceri is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), which she completed as a graduate trainee at Cheshire County Council. Ceri has significant experience in local government having worked across a range of different types of authorities, with senior leaders, elected members and partner organisations.
