Scott leads KPMG UK Reward Consulting Team. He has over 25 years’ experience in the reward field having previously been a Senior Director in Willis Towers Watson Reward team for 13 years and prior to that working as a Reward Manager at a multi-national insurance company and a multi-national bank.
