Nim is a Director in KPMG’s consulting practice. He is the lead Director for our Operational Excellence team, who deliver Lean transformation / Quality improvement and performance improvement programmes in healthcare. His previous experiences include delivering in transformation and performance improvement consulting across financial services and the private sector.
