Debra Liu is an experienced chartered accountant of tax and investment department at KPMG in Taiwan with more than 20 years of experience in tax and audit services. Joining KPMG Taiwan in 2005, Debra currently is responsible for tax consultation services for both domestic and multinational groups, which includes transfer pricing, corporate investments, and operational structuring.
Debra leads China Practice Team and Innovation Transformation Office of KPMG Taiwan.
She received her Master’Degree in Accounting from Soochow University in Taiwan. Debra is a Certified Public Accountant of Republic of China also a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Tax Advisor of People's Republic of China.
