Sinney Kuo is one of KPMG Taiwan’s audit partners and a Co-Head of Healthcare Service team of KPMG Taiwan. Recently she has been involved in cases of biotech and healthcare industries. She is also in charge of auditing services of the Formosa Plastics Group and its affiliating companies for several years.
Sinney joined KPMG since 2000, and has assisted multiple companies, such as ThinFlex Corporation, Formosa Sumco Technology Corporation, Nidec Chaun-Choung Technology Corporation, Caswell, Inc., Force Mos Technology., Ltd. and Neousys Technology Inc. to get listed on the open market. Thus she has abundant knowledge and expertise in establishing and auditing internal control for companies. Sinney’s service clientele include biotech, long-term care, industrial conglomerate, tourism and electronic industries. Furthermore, Sinney is an internal lecturer in KPMG Taiwan, she also a lecturer in the Accounting Research and Development Foundation, Taiwan Provincial CPA Association and regularly lectures in National Taipei University, Fu Jen Catholic University and National Chengchi University. She participates in editing the book, “The medical big data” and also participates the translating and editing of the KPMG Taiwan’s book, “Analysis IFRS—KPMG”.
