Ms. Yilien Han, CPA, is an Audit Partner at KPMG Taiwan, with extensive experience in assurance services and overseas professional practice. She previously worked at KPMG London, where she was responsible for IFRSs research and communication with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). She also served in the Capital Markets Group at KPMG Hong Kong, providing assurance services for Hong Kong–listed companies in connection with offshore securities offerings and Hong Kong listing applications.
Ms. Han rejoined KPMG Taiwan in 2017. She currently leads audit engagements for numerous Taiwan-listed and OTC-listed companies across industries including construction and real estate, pharmaceuticals, and media. As the lead of the Capital Markets Group, she also assists Taiwanese enterprises with overseas listings and offshore capital-raising activities. In addition, she has been actively involved in KPMG Taiwan’s AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Ms. Han is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at National Taiwan University, holds a Master’s degree in Management from National Chiao Tung University, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University.
