Vincent joined KPMG Taiwan in 2000 after returning from Australia, where he completed his education and obtained most of his professional qualifications. Prior to his current role, he served as an audit and tax manager at an Australia-based chartered accounting firm for over five years.
With extensive experience in transaction services, Vincent has successfully led and coordinated numerous complex mergers and acquisitions projects. His deal experience includes advising on acquisitions and strategic investments involving multinational corporations, leading Japanese and Korean industrial groups, global asset managers, consumer and food industry companies, renewable energy platform transactions, and government-affiliated investment funds, covering both domestic and cross-border transactions across Asia.
In addition, Vincent has also been involved in non-performing loan transactions for both multinational and local clients.Pre-deal evaluation
