      Jesse Chen is a Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transaction advisory services. He joined KPMG Taiwan’s Deal Advisory team in 2012 and has since led and completed numerous cross-border transactions, including deals spanning Taiwan, the United States, and Japan, particularly in response to restructuring across the semiconductor supply chain. He currently serves as the Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG Taiwan. Prior to joining KPMG, he was engaged in M&A-related advisory services, providing support in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and due diligence.

      In addition, Jesse has investment management experience in the technology and information industries. He previously worked as an IT engineer at a well-known international IT consulting firm, where he provided IT management consulting services. He later served as an analyst at a venture capital firm with significant assets under management in Taiwan, focusing on industry analysis, evaluation of business plans, and conducting due diligence on potential investment targets.
