We’re expanding access and training for leading-edge technology and tools for our engagement teams, such as KPMG Clara, our smart audit platform, to help drive consistency, collaboration and efficiency.

Reducing silos that enable collaboration
To reduce silos and encourage global consistency, we established new KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) proficiencies, that were created to provide large scale cross-functional capabilities, compliance management and technology solutions through a network of delivery centers. The KDN is a multi-tiered global delivery support organization that harnesses the power of our global teams and technology, transforming how KPMG teams work together for better, helping to deliver a more consistent client experience across the global organization. The KDN provides services and technology solutions across three functions — Tax and Legal, Advisory, and Audit, which is scoped to join the KDN in FY22.
The KPMG Delivery Network —for Tax and Legal — brings together more than 2,500 globally-minded tax compliance professionals around the world in support of our global compliance transformation proposition, delivering quality indirect and direct tax compliance for a multitude of the multinational organizations we serve. We continue to invest in expanding this network, and we achieved an exciting new milestone this year with the establishment of our Latin America Tax and Statutory Accounting Centre based in Costa Rica and Argentina, bringing in 50 additional tax professionals into our KPMG Delivery Network.
Creating the right environment to deliver quality for our clients requires strong governance and practice management standards. It’s why the KPMG International Global Board implemented governance changes to achieve greater levels of consistency and accountability across the entire global organization.
