Conducted an "AS IS" assessment of Ministry's environment through document analysis, numerous stakeholder interviews, and a survey to determine the current state of the Ministry.

Conducted a Gap assessment on the Ministry's Digital Maturity, based on stakeholder interviews, identified best practices, strategic analysis, and a survey.

Performed a Digital Maturity Assessment based on KPMG's internal frameworks, tailored to the Ministry's specific needs for innovation.

Developed an Updated Digital Strategy with a special focus on emerging technologies and innovation.

Assisted in the Change Management plan by staying side-by-side with the Ministry during the implementation of proposed Digital Culture activities.

Identified both local and international best practices for eGovernments, and also corporate Digital Strategies of reference.
