      Lawyer with extensive experience in public law, covering the areas of general administrative law, economic regulation, public assets law, public procurement and administrative contracts, urban planning law, as well as administrative litigation and arbitration.

      He advises and represents both public and private clients, nationally and internationally, providing legal counsel and litigation support across his areas of practice.

      He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, where he teaches Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law, and Public Contracts Law. He is also a member of the teaching faculty of several postgraduate programs in areas including public procurement, administrative justice, public regulation, public assets, and cultural heritage law.
