Is the Graduates Programme a trainee program?

No, our Graduates programme is the beginning of a career at KPMG. Every year we hire young graduates or master's students who directly integrate the company's staff. We are looking for young people who have recently graduated or have a master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Mathematics and other related courses.

When does the recruitment process start?

You can apply at any moment, as this is an ongoing process. There is no set deadline for receiving your application, however we advise you to do it as soon as possible to ensure you get an opportunity in your preferred area.

What do you value most in a New Joiner?

We are looking for people with an interest in the areas of Audit, Tax and Advisory and with curiosity to proactively discover new approaches to find innovative solutions. We are interested in people with integrity, who are proud of their work, and who strive for continuous learning, as well as encouraging the best of others by creating relationships of trust.

Can I be working at KPMG and doing a Master’s at the same time?

There are many success stories among our employees who manage to reconcile both. It depends a lot on your self-discipline and the goals you set for yourself.

If I’m selected in the recruitment process, when do I start working at KPMG?

There is an admission date, September.

What is the Training Plan for Graduates?

At the time of reception and prior to integration in the respective business areas, you’ll have three weeks of training in soft skills and overview of the main topics to be retained about the company. Throughout your journey at KPMG you will have a training plan available, which considers the area, function and individual need of each employee.
