No, our Graduates programme is the beginning of a career at KPMG. Every year we hire young graduates or master's students who directly integrate the company's staff. We are looking for young people who have recently graduated or have a master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Mathematics and other related courses.

You can apply at any moment, as this is an ongoing process. There is no set deadline for receiving your application, however we advise you to do it as soon as possible to ensure you get an opportunity in your preferred area.

We are looking for people with an interest in the areas of Audit, Tax and Advisory and with curiosity to proactively discover new approaches to find innovative solutions. At the time of reception and prior to integration in the respective business areas, you’ll have three weeks of training in soft skills and overview of the main topics to be retained about the company. Throughout your journey at KPMG you will have a training plan available, which considers the area, function and individual need of each employee.
