The KPMG Code of Conduct lays down the ethical principles that guide all our staff, irrespective of their specific responsibilities. It applies worldwide and serves as a guide for how we act, defining individual and collective responsibilities. In 2020, the Code was revised to reflect changes in the law and in professional ethics, adding to our commitment to make a positive impact. The most recent version in Portugal was published in August 2022.
