Job Purpose

The Training and Development Officer is responsible for supporting in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for Client’s workforce, supporting employees development and organizational growth.


Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Assess training needs and assist in developing training plans aligned with organizational objectives;
  • ▪ Design and deliver training programs specific to the Client’s Departmental teams, covering soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development as required;
  • ▪ Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for client’s employees;
  • ▪ Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement; and
  • ▪ Maintain training records and prepare client’s training reports for management review.

  • Eligibility Requirements

      Candidate should have:
    • ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Training / related field.
    • ▪ Certification in Recruitment, Training & Development and / or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR is preferable.
    • ▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or related role.
    • ▪ Great interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual fluency in spoken / written English and Arabic.
    • ▪ Familiarity with performance management software preferred.
    • ▪ Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • ▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
