Job Purpose

The Performance Management Officer supports the design and implementation of performance evaluation processes and systems for the client, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Assist in developing and implementing performance management frameworks, policies, and procedures;
  • ▪ Support the design and facilitation of performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees;
  • ▪ Assist in monitoring and evaluating employees’ performance metrics context, offering insights and recommendations;
  • ▪ Collaborate closely with departmental managers to identify training needs and develop tailored performance improvement plans; and
  • ▪ Assist in conducting training sessions on performance management best practices tailored to the client’s workforce.

  • Eligibility Requirements

      Candidate should have:
    • ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / related field.
    • ▪ Certification in Recruitment and / or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR is preferable.
    • ▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or related HR role.
    • ▪ Great interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual fluency in spoken / written English and Arabic.
    • ▪ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
