Job Purpose
The Performance Management Officer supports the design and implementation of performance evaluation processes and systems for the client, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- ▪ Assist in developing and implementing performance management frameworks, policies, and procedures;
- ▪ Support the design and facilitation of performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees;
- ▪ Assist in monitoring and evaluating employees’ performance metrics context, offering insights and recommendations;
- ▪ Collaborate closely with departmental managers to identify training needs and develop tailored performance improvement plans; and
- ▪ Assist in conducting training sessions on performance management best practices tailored to the client’s workforce.
- ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / related field.
- ▪ Certification in Recruitment and / or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR is preferable.
- ▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or related HR role.
- ▪ Great interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual fluency in spoken / written English and Arabic.
- ▪ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
