Job Purpose
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the recruitment and selection process for the Client, ensuring the attraction and hiring of qualified candidates for UAE roles.
Job Responsibilities
- ▪ Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the UAE market to attract top talent;
- ▪ Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and local networks;
- ▪ Screen UAE-specific resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability;
- ▪ Coordinate and schedule UAE-specific interviews with hiring managers and candidates as needed; and
- ▪ Manage the offer process specific to the Client’s role, negotiating employment terms with selected candidates.
- ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- ▪ Certification in Recruitment and / or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR is preferable.
- ▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or related role.
- ▪ Great interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual fluency in spoken / written English and Arabic.
- ▪ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- ▪ Strong organizational and time management skills.
- ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- ▪ Knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
