Job Purpose

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the recruitment and selection process for the Client, ensuring the attraction and hiring of qualified candidates for UAE roles.


Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the UAE market to attract top talent;
  • ▪ Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and local networks;
  • ▪ Screen UAE-specific resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability;
  • ▪ Coordinate and schedule UAE-specific interviews with hiring managers and candidates as needed; and
  • ▪ Manage the offer process specific to the Client’s role, negotiating employment terms with selected candidates.

  • Eligibility Requirements

      Candidate should have:
    • ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • ▪ Certification in Recruitment and / or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR is preferable.
    • ▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or related role.
    • ▪ Great interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual fluency in spoken / written English and Arabic.
    • ▪ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • ▪ Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • ▪ Knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
