The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026, extending the deadline for the filing of 2025 Annual Income Tax Returns (AITR) and the payment of the corresponding taxes due, including the submission of the required attachments, from 15 April 2026 to 15 May 2026.
Taxpayers may file their AITR through the BIR electronic filing platforms. Payment of the corresponding taxes due may be done electronically in any of the available electronic payment platforms and manually to the nearest Authorized Agent Banks, notwithstanding the covered jurisdiction of the Revenue District Office.
