      Bureau of Internal Revenue

      The Bureau of Internal Revenue issued a BIR Advisory dated 28 April 2023 providing the deadline of the submission of the attachments to the electronically filed Annual Income Tax Returns (AITRs) through eBIR Forms Package for taxable year 2022 is on 02 May 2023.

      Pertinent provisions are as follows:

      1. Instructions for the Revenue District Office (RDO) that shall accept the attachments to the electronically filed AITRs for taxable year 2022 from taxpayers with “Tax Return Receipt Confirmation” from eBIRForms.
      2. Instructions for taxpayers who have not received the “Tax Receipt Confirmation” for electronically filed AITR for taxable year 2022 and to submit the attachments to the electronically filed AITRs to the RDO where the taxpayer is registered.
